Monthly Meetings

Meeting Schedule

The Hendersonville Community Pastors Associations meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m. at Hendersonville Hospital (unless otherwise indicated). Meetings at the hospital are on the 1st floor in the conference room (unless otherwise announced.)  Lunch is provided by the hospital and complimentary tickets given out prior to the meeting.  After lunch a short business meeting is held followed by an informative program relevant to our knowledge of and ministry to this community.

Meetings in Review

  • April 2010 meeting (4/8) will feature - Ed Stetzer
  • May 2010 meeting (5/13) will feature - Dr. David Walley, Babb Ctr. Dir. 
  • June 2010 meeting (6/10) will feature - Jamie Clary (City by the Lake author)
  • July 2010 - meeting cancelled due to Summer schedules
  • August 2010 meeting (8/12) will be held at Park Place Ret. Community, 31 Executive Park Dr. in Hendersonville (meal, mtg., presentation and tour to be held there).
  • September 2010 meeting (9/9) will feature - Benny Bills, Dir. of Sumner County Schools
  • October 2010 meeting (10/14) will feature - Living Sent Ministries (1st Baptist Hville)
  • November 2010 meeting (11/11) will be held at Community Church of Hville, 381 W. Main St. in Hendersonville.  Speaker will be Pastor Derrick Jackson, 1st Baptist Gallatin.
  • December 2010 - Annual Christmas Lunch - (12/9) - @ Black Eyed Pea, Hville 
  • January 2011 meeting (1/13) will meet back at Hendersonville Medical Center. 
  • February 2011 meeting (2/10) - cancelled due to inclement weather
  • March 2011 meeting (3/10) will feature - Dr. Matt Tincher - Haiti Mission Focus
  • April 2011 meeting (4/14) will focus on an extended business meeting and a "Get to Know You" pastor profile.
  • May 2011 meeting (5/12) - extended business mtg. for review and planning of 2011/2012 events.

  • Community Thanksgiving Service - Tues. 11/22/11 - hosted at St. Timothy Lutheran, Hendersonville, TN - 7p.m.
  • December 2011 meeting (12/8) Christmas Lunch & Gift Exhange @ H'ville Hospital (gifts of warm clothing will be brought to donate to HSA as well)
  • January 2012 meeting (1/12) Business meeting - Annual Updates
  • February 2012 meeting (2/9) Jason Gibson, Director of The BabbCenter will be speaking.  His topic will be “Counseling and Discipleship.”  
  • March 2012 meeting (3/8) update from Dr. Matt Tincher on the 2012 Fall Haiti Trip
